The leadership conference is an annual program hosted by Dr. Falack Victor, the founder of God's Grace & Love Outreach with the sole aim of building leadership with distinct and exceptional qualifies that will emanate from the church to make the country a better one by leading in all sincerity.
SYNOPSIS
The 5hours program started with a welcoming address by Rev. Jirape Isaiah, Taraba state CAN chairman, Opening prayer was taken by Pastor Obeng Adachi
Closing prayers were taken by Rev. Philip Micah Dopah and Pastor Sam Omajali.
PRESENTATIONS
The convener, Dr. Victor Fallack who is also celebrating his 52nd birthday today while giving his presentation on the need for loyalty and the consequences of rebellion stated that joining a rebellious group can be detrimental to ourselves, Rom 11:7-12, adding that being rebellious was the reason behind the demotion of Lucifer.
He stressed the fact that joining a rebellious gang against constituted authority makes you guilty of the same crime.
According to him, the rebellious act is not restricted to governance alone but even in the family set up; where a wife or husband influences the children to hate the other parent (rebellion)
He however discouraged stealing from the leaders, when one is entrusted and saddled with certain responsibilities in the church or society at large.

The clergyman who focuses on the need for true and sincere fellowship cited examples from the Bible in the lives of Noah & his kids and David & Saul respectively.
Other points he gave include:
Do not harm or kill your leader
Concealing the shame in public
Don't manipulate your leader or take advantage of him
Don't make a mockery of your leader (Gen 21: 1-9)
Be submissive to your leader.
Cut off from a leader whose life is next to sin.
The second speaker, while giving his presentation, Bishop Yahaya Manasseh, Anglican Bishop Kaduna State, who is also a guest speaker spoke on *"The Role of the church In producing political leaders that are loyal to God, church & political leaders"*. He took his reading in proverb 14:34.
According to him, the church is an industry where leaders are produced. Failure of leadership in the country is the failure of the church.
Giving reasons why the church fails to produce good leaders because it produces:
1. Denominational leaders
2. Tribal leaders
3. Tyrant leaders
The clergyman said the leadership of the nation can counter decisions of the Church, for example, the 2020 Covid19 lockdown. So the church should make leaders
According to him, loyalty is synonymous with followership which is lacking in the church. Adding that rebellion is as good as witchcraft.

Health and the silent killers, by Dr. Bako, Medical Director Taraba State University & Bishop Dr. Isaac Crown
Highlights of the event include cutting of birthday cake, prayer for the celebrant, presentation of awards, certificates to participants, and books to registered participants.
