The Taraba branch of Deeper Life Bible Church distributed food items and cash to help ease the economic hardship faced by Nigerians.

Pastor Samuel Omajali, the church's leader in Taraba, expressed concern about the rising prices of goods and the inability of many to afford three meals a day. He stressed the church's commitment to assisting the less privileged and urged others to do the same.

The aid targeted widows and orphans, aiming to alleviate their suffering amidst the challenging economic climate. Pastor Omajali also highlighted the success of a recent global crusade led by Pastor W.F Kumuyi in Wukari, where many experienced divine healing.

He called on the government to take urgent action to address the high cost of living and improve the welfare of the people.
