The Taraba state Commissioner for Poverty alleviations, Hon. Naphtali Kefas is dead. Hon. Naptali died on Thursday evening in Jalingo

A source confirmed the sad incident to Rhapsodi Affos Blog reporter, he revealed that the commissioner died after suffering from protracted illness for some months.
