The governor speaking said he was previlegde to be part of this historic event on this commissioning and handing over of a block and a utility vichel to the WAEC office. He thanked WAEC for the good services delivering to the state and nation at large, he said the rescue team under his watch will continue to show commitment in the education sector for the good of the state. He said, he understands that 25 years ago this project was not in place and he is optimistic that this will bring tremendous change in the state. The Governor said he thank God that the rescue mission is really working in the education sector, and said God is the one who has use him to do this and no one else. Today we have come togther to do what is the only way of bringing Nigeria into a sustainable human development ( Education)saying every developmental sector must have sound educative once without which such sector heads for collapsed. Education is a pivot which we will all use to swing higher, and we must not neglect great and important sector like that of the education. He said funds were promptly release soon as the commisioner for Education approached him with the request knowing the importance of this. This has brought change and relief to our people From the stress of traveling from far places like Damper, Mbamnga just to register or rectify WAEC related problems. The Governor said a plot of land has also been allocated for a more befitting WAEC office, he finally called on all the teachers to sit up on there responsibilities so as the aim of this will not be defeated, he applauded them for the uprising in the WAEC result and urge them to put in more efforts to go higher.
