Miss Taraba, Queen Justina Haruna Donates Wrappers, Food Items to Widows in Taraba Community (Photos)

In her bid to give back to society, the reigning Miss Taraba, HRM Queen Justina Haruna, donated wrappers and food items worth hundreds of thousands of Naira to widows and women in Janibanbu community, a suburb of Ardo Kola LGA of Taraba State, on Monday.

Rhapsodi Affos Blog (RAB) gathered that the donation was her first pet project since she emerged as Miss Taraba In 2022 under the auspices of Prime Planet Event Managers, the official makers of Mr & Miss Taraba.

In a chat with the beautiful Queen who is the 9th Miss Taraba, she revealed that she has always had the urge to support humanity and the crown gave her a platform.

While explaining why she choose the community for her first project she said

"I believe that widows are mostly not cared for and are neglected. I live around Nukkai - ATC axis and I have seen how the women and their children from Janibambu dress as they go to market and school respectively"

"It became a burden to me, so I took a survey in the area and promised to carry out my first project. I believe our little efforts will be able to put a smile on their faces". She added.

In a chat with our reporter, the visibly happy widows expressed gratitude for the beauty queen for her kind gestures and prayed for God's blessings upon her life. They however urge others to emulate her.
