The general overseer of Royal ministries of God AKA Royal chapel has cautioned Christians wno mistake or assume the church or church service as some form of social gathering or activities.


Pst. Oprah started this during Sunday worship at Royal chapel, Jalingo. According to her, the church shouldn't emulate the standard of the world just to get acceptance of people isn't as the  world is supposed to copy from the church and not the other way.


 She also stressed the fact that certain people feel some sense of importance to a level they are carried away by their personality and do not partake of God's blessings. She added that others feel offended if they are not recognized by their title and they get so mindful about it to a point they lose their blessings.


Citing the example of King David in the Bible, who despite being an influential king, still lost himself in worship to God.


Pst Datti who spoke on the topic "presence of God: how a believer can lose the presence of God". She mentioned disobedience, unfaithfulness, and assumption as some of how one can lose the presence of God.
