The vice president of the federal republic of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osibanjo is set to commission projects in Federal University Wukari, tomorrow.


The commissioning of the infrastructural projects to be will be done during the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th convocation ceremony of the institution under the leadership of Prof. Jude Sammani Rabo, Vice-Chancellor Federal University Wukari. 


Among the projects to Commissioning are Faculty of Law, Education, Engineering and Medical Sciences.


Recall that in 2020, the Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission (NUC), Prof. Abubakar Rasheed, assured that the Federal University, Wukari, in Taraba would get approval for the establishment of a faculty of medicine before the end of 2020.


As of the time of filing this report, the institution has matriculated its first set of all the aforementioned courses.
