CRITERIA FOR SELECTION OF TARABA'S 20 MOST INFLUENTIAL YOUTHS IN THE YEAR 2021 (MIYT2021)

TARABA'S 20 MOST INFLUENTIAL YOUTHS is an annual event Hosted by Rhapsodi Affos Blog RAB, a Northern Based Media Outlet. This is the second edition.

Being aware of how many people have made merchandise of awards in Taraba State and how it has been bastardized, we at Rhapsodi Affos Blog (RAB) are resolute to change the narratives and thus decided to come up with the criteria for selection of Taraba’s 20 MOST INFLUENTIAL YOUTHS IN 2021.

Who Can Be Awarded?

1. The awardee must be a Taraban or resident in Taraba or has a business in Taraba State

2. An awardee must be between the age of 17 - 40 (not more than 40 Years as of 2021)

3. In 2021, the awardee must have empowered or added value to at least 5 youths in Taraba State.

4. An awardee should be either a businessman, farmer, entertainer, philanthropist, peace promoter, etc

5. The awardee must have at least 5 or more youths who earn directly or indirectly through him/her from a legal or known source.

6. The award is not a voting category, selections are made by our team after nominations from the public

7. Awardees are selected based on their achievements in 2021 alone i.e. 1st January - 31st December, 2021 and not a lifetime achievement.

8. The organizers will visit the awardee so as to get pictorial evidence (pictures) of how he or she has affected the lives of Tarabans

9. The recipient of the award must not have any record of public misconduct, or violence

10. Youths that are presently ELECTED officeholders are NOT ELIGIBLE for this award

NOTE:

Rhapsodi Affos Blog (RAB) team reserves the right to remove and replace any nominee to ensure it conforms with the aforementioned criteria.
