Chaos as Student of Federal College of Education (FCE), Yola Protest Unavailability of Water on Campus [PHOTOS]

Rhapsodi Affos Blog reports that there is rising tension as students of Federal College Of Education (FCE), Yola, Adamawa State in the early hours of Tuesday gathered in their numbers to protest the unavailability of water on the campus for 3days.

Some students who could be seen with their empty buckets gathered as early as 5:30 matching to various parts of the institution making their plight known. We gathered that some mattresses that we kept at the store of the school were set ablaze by the protesting students.

One of the students who spoke to Rhapsodi Affos Blog (RAB) report said, it's three days since they got water on campus, and the lack of water has made things very difficult for the students.

According to him, they have waited patiently to see if the school authority will do something about it but it's taking longer than necessary.

As of the time of filing this report, the provost of the institution has arrived at the school, policemen deployed to calm the situation are being stoned by the protesting students.
