Pst Timothy Damisa the Regional Church Council (RCC) leader of the Chrisrian Reform Church In Nigerian, Baissa, Kurmi Local Government has been murdered by unknown Gunmen, Rhapsodi Affos Blog exclusively reports.


Rhapsodi Affos Blog gathered that the Gunmen suspected to be hired assassins stormed the house of the Clergyman man at around 2-3AM on Monday at his residence in Kurmi Secretariat, in Baissa the LG headquarters of Kurmi and killed the deceased.


Wife of the deceased, Mrs Rahab Damisa who spoke to our reporters said the gunmen started shooting when they came around to scare people away and forced their way into their home.


According to her, when they got in, they didn't ask for money or anything but shot at the husband and left.


The council boss of Kurmi LG, Hon. Joseph Amamzala has confirmed the report to our reporter via telephone. According to him, the assailants stormed the house of the Clergyman around 3:AM.


Some of the residents who spoke to our reporter lamented the rise of insecurity in the  LG and also plead on the state government to come to their aide by ensuring a more formidable security network in the LG.
