The Board Chairman of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Nnewi in Anambra state, Chief Ezekiel Afukunyo has trained Fifty-seven women and youth in Wukari local government area of Taraba State in various skills.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony of the beneficiaries of the Empowerment Programme, Ezekiel Afukunyo said the gesture was aimed at availing the people a platform for economic development.

Afukunyo explained that he has been with a burden of touching the lives of the people and that he will continue to seek for the privilege and opportunity to do so.

He told the beneficiaries of the gesture to utilize the knowledge received in order to change their economic-based.

Ezekiel Afukunyo assured the people that definitely they will be improved economically.

The Coordinator of the anchor agency of the program, Kingdom Wealth Global Empowerment Foundation, Patient Bitrus commended Ezekiel Afukunyo for the initiation.

The Bitrus informed that they have impacted on the requisite knowledge for them to grow.

The coordinator assured that the skills that will make the beneficiaries economically viable.

She urged the beneficiaries never to sleep over the skills they have learned or throw them away.

A representative of the beneficiaries, described Afukunyo as one with the people at heart and promised to utilize the skills impacted on them.
