It was gathered that The Taraba state police command has charged 40 suspects to court for the looting of government and private warehouses in Jalingo, the state capital.
Taraba police spokesperson, DSP David Misal said the suspects were charged to court for various offenses including looting, vandalism, breach of peace, and public disturbance.
Misal disclosed that more arrests were being made and some of the looted items recovered. He further added that they are on the trail of key suspects who were behind the looting in Jalingo.
