2023: Taraba PDP not ready to relinquish power, set up High-Power Assessment Committee

The battle for the gubernatorial seat of Taraba has begun as the State Working Committee of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Taraba State under the Leadership of Lt. Col Agbu Kefas (Rtd) has constituted a High-Power Assessment Committee for the three Senatorial Districts of the State.

Rhapsodi Affos Blog RAB, reports that this came a few days after the opposition party in the state, All Progressives Congress (APC) made moves to resolve their aggrieved members across the state.

The announcement of the set up of the committee was contained in a press release signed by Mr. Andeta'rang Irammae, the publicity secretary of the party in the state.

According to the release, the Committee will be inaugurated on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 by 2:00 pm at the State Secretariat by the State Chairman and have two (2) weeks within which to complete and submit their reports.
