Rev Abel Kangla, JP, the father in-law of former Taraba State Assembly Speaker and Member representing Mbamnga constituency in the state Assembly, Rt Hon Abel Peter Diah dies at 93.

Rev. Kangla prior to his demise was the first member to represent the people of Gembu constituency when Taraba state was newly created out of Gongola in 1992.


Sons and daughters of the consistency have taken to the social media to mourn the demise of the man, they however celebrate his life adding that he led a life worth leading and he has shaped the life of so many.

Former Speaker Abel in his words of condolences said his anchor of support through guidance and counseling has gone to be with the patriarch of old.

“Daddy you lived well, you have died empty and now the row call has come when you are ready to obtain crowns of glory. Lived for Christ, It’s again you died in Him. We are not mourning, we are celebrating your exit alongside the angels in heaven who are celebrating your coming. See you in Glory Dad”. He added.
