The Victim Support Fund (VSF)  has on Friday donated items worth 100 Million to Taraba state government for distribution as part of the federal government effort to salvage the plight of Nigerians during the lockdown.

Rhapsodi Affos Blog RAB gathered that,everything to be distributed will cost about 85,000,000 naira (N85) while both Food and Non food items costs 100million in total.

Head of the team, Dr. Toyosi ogunsoji presented the materials to Gov. Ishaku to consolidate the effort of the state government. She however Stated that the distribution of materials started 3days ago in Borno & Damaturu respectively.

Receiving the items, the executive governor of Taraba state, Arch Darius Ishaku assured the team of strict compliance in distribution of the items. He received the items which is set to be distributed to over 2000 households in the 16 local government areas of the state.
The VSF team however, to ensure proper distribution of the materials, have a monitoring team watch over the items and ensure it gets to IDPs, poor and destitute.

Recall that a few weeks ago, The Chairman of the Victims Support Fund, Gen TY Danjuma RTD, inaugurated the VSF Task Force on COVID-19.
