Wukari- Federal university Wukari, Taraba state matriculates over 1,500 students on Tuesday as it conducts its 9th matriculation since its beginning.
The event which took place at the 600 capacity of the university, had in attendace DVCs, Deans, HODs, lecturers, students, family, friends & well wishers of the matriculating students.
While speaking at the occasion, the vice chancellor of the university, Professor Abubakar Musa Kundiri, surged the student to be of good character & exhibit an exemplary life.

Mr Kundiri however stressed the fact that FUW has full accreditation for all programmes & there're underground plans for Masters, distance learning programmes and lots more.
Professor Kundiri also talked of plans to establish Faculty of law, engeering, medicine & lots more.
He also thanked governor Darius Ishaku for supporting him and promising to give a Teaching hospital as soon as the medicine is established, he also applauded the president, Mohammed Buhari & TED fund for their support.
In an exclusive chats with some of the matriculating student, Rhapsodi Affos Blog (RAB) gathered that the students were excited to be an official student of the prestigious university and they also express optimism of putting in their best and thus expecting the best subsequently.
Federal university is among the 13 university who were started in 2011 during the Goodluck Jonathan administration and began commencement in 2012 with
3 faculties; Pure & applied science, humanity management, Agriculture and life science with all courses fully acredited.
