News reaching Rhapsodi Affos Blog (RAB) Team has it that, Mr Isah Idris, the speaker of Jigawa State House of Assembly, has just been impeached.

RAB gathered that the speaker was impeached on Thursday in a hasty manner with just 20 out of 30 lawmakers present.

We also gathered that Idris Garba, Aka Kareka, a former speaker, was unanimously voted in as the newly elected speaker of the House immediately after the impeachment of Isah Idris.
