The Court of Appeal sitting in Jalingo has granted a stay of execution on the disqualification of the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Taraba State, Mr Sani Danladi and thus he's the substantive gubernatorial candidate of APC come 9th March.

Rhapsodi Affos Blog (RAB) Team also gathered that the court gave the order on Thursday, a day after the Federal High Court in Jalingo disqualified Sani Danladi from participating in the coming governorship election in the state for perjury.

It was recalled that Sani Danladi was disqualified from contesting the election over the allegation of improper declaration of age.
