The president of the federal republic of Nigeria, President Mohammed Buhari has casted his vote in his home town in Daura, Katsina State.

The president who came along side his entourage; his wife, Aisha Buhari, Femi Adesina and others casted his vote for the presidential and federal house polls after following due process of accreditation.

While speaking to pressmen after his vote, Buhari expressed optimism of winning.
When asked will he congratulate his opponent and give power if he doesn't win?
"I will congratulate my self, I must win" he replied.
