All progressive Congress in Taraba state and the state police command are trading words on who was responsible for the killing of three APC members on Sunday.
Spokesperson of the state police command ASP David Missal has claimed that the APC members were shot dead by armed robbers and the incident was not politically motivated.

But APC state publicity secretary, Mr Aaron Artimas said the police lied as the killing was politically motivated.
Aaron said one of the victim of the attack, who survived heard conversation of the killers indicating, the killers were hired by a politician to kill the three APC members.

Mr Aaron insisted that it could not be true that the police had concluded investigation into the matter that happened on Sunday .
The APC spokesperson told the police that the matter must not be swept under the capital as they did when APC gubernatorial candidate, Sani Abubakar Danladi was attacked in Wukari recently.
