than 2600 Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs) Staff across the 20 Local
Government areas were promoted by the Bauchi State Government.

Chairman of Bauchi State Primary Health Care Development Agency
(BSPHCDA) ,Adamu Ibrahim Gamawa disclosed this after the third Board
Meeting of the Agency held recently in Bauchi.
He said that 2,641officers from 20 Local Government Health Authorities were successful out of the 3,293 that are eligible and recommended for promotion since 2010 .
He
therefore urged the newly promoted Staff to be alive to their
responsibilities and justify their new positions by remaining committed
to deliver.
Gamawa added that Government would continue to recognise Officers who have distinguished themselves in performing their duties.
The
BSPHCDA Executive Chairman maintained that the Agency would ensure the
provision of necessary working tools, good working environment and
improved welfare packages required for improved productivity and service
delivery are provided for the Staff.
