Taraba- Former commissioner of Information and also the aide to Taraba state governor, Emmanuel Bello, who is known for his media outburst and writes up decides to share his opinion on recent  comment made by the Minister of women affairs and also a former senator in Taraba state, Aisha Alhassan, her statement which prompted a lot of reactions from many supporters of APC. But contrary to what other people say Mr. Bello has entirely a different view to the entire issue. Below he stated

"My personal take on Aisha's comments
I don't share in Sen Aisha's brand of politics! I
even vehemently fought it at a time, but after all
is said and done, I commend her loyalty, loyalty
being a strange word out here in Hunger land. I
commend the fact she could put a voice on what
was on her mind, something Nigerians forbid.
Nigerians believe it is better to keep everything in
the belly which is why many have pot bellies. I
respect the candour and courage of her outburst,
even if I don't align with its content. I admire the
forthrightness and the lack of fear. I like people
who, even in the face of punishment, have the
liver to call a spade a spade. I'm eternally in love
with frank people who can look at power in the
face and tell it the truth. Aisha, hate or love her,
has done something uncommon in Nigerian
politics. I should know! Been there, done that. The
minister refused to give in to fear or even human
weakness. She damned the consequences and
took a stand. Not like the fairweather friends and
men of straw I know who can't take a stand,
floating with every drifting cloud. Cowards.People
who are swayed by their stomachs, whose belly is
their god. Men who would lie, cheat and steal to
survive the harsh realities of truths. Men and
women who are afraid of decision making and
would rather rest in their comfort zones to their
eternal detriment. I sure don't agree with Mrs
Alhassan's politics but, boy, do I love her
audacity in this particular instance.
