What a cruel world!
This is Hon Silver Etieyibo, the Honourable Councillor
representing Ward 16, Okpe local government area
of Delta State. He was shot by armed robbers, who
knows if they were kidnappers or assassins. This took
place at the popular Effurun Round about yesterday
evening when he was heading home.
This is avoidable if the police who are always there in
the day still continue their operations in the night.
That place is too strategic to be left unattended to
especially in the night. I wish him quick recovery.
