The Governor of Taraba state has just been affirmed by the supreme court sitting in ABUJA.

The judgment which was delivered by the seven counsel, and led by the chief justice of Nigeria,
Justice Mahmud Mohammed said, in its ruling that, the APC has no standi locus to challenge the
candidature of Governor Darius. They went ahead by saying the decision of the appeal
court that returned Darius was just and in accordance with the provision of the law and
electoral act, and couldn't have been otherwise.

The counsel of wise men as I may put it was concise in drawing a clear and a thin line between a
primaries which is an pre election matters and in other word domestic affairs as well. The court finally spoke, after all its finding going through, in and out of the verdicts delivered by the
appeal court, the court has resolve thus .
