Dickson Ishaku inaugurate the newly appointed
commissioners.
Despite the nullification of his election by the tribunal held in Abuja last Saturday, he's set to swear in his commissioners while his case is still in the appeal court.
The event will take place at the Jolly Nyame Stadium
