Former governorship candidate and chieftain of the People's Democratic Party, Emmanuel Bwacha, has congratulated Yusuf Akirikwen on his emergence as Deputy Chairman of the party.

In a congratulatory message, Bwacha described Akirikwen’s appointment as well-deserved, noting that it reflects his dedication, competence, and commitment to the growth and stability of the party.

He stated that Akirikwen’s emergence comes at a critical time when the party requires strong leadership to promote unity and rebuild confidence among members and stakeholders.

Bwacha expressed confidence that the new deputy chairman would deploy his experience, wisdom, and leadership capacity toward strengthening party structures, fostering cohesion, and repositioning the PDP for greater success.
